Empower Project
The Empower Project (aka Cost of Living Assistance) is funded by the Robertson Trust to enable our two part time advisers to provide holistic advice on financial support.
Our advisers can assist people of all ages in Moray with:
- Benefit Checks
- Income Maximisation
- Budgeting
- Utility Issues
- Simple (single) debts
- Assistance accessing Government financial help schemes.
In addition to having clients referred from our volunteer advisers the Empower Project can be contacted directly by telephone or email as below.

The Empower Advisers also help with completing benefit application forms, however this assistance is arranged via our appointments line (01343 555163).
