  • Disability Benefit Applications
  • Disability Benefit Appeals
  • If you have received formal eviction paperwork.
  • Or you wish to book an appointment at one of our Outreach services in Buckie, Keith, Forres, Dufftown or Tomintoul.

To book an appointment or if you are uncertain if you require an appointment, please contact 01343 555163 to clarify this but please note we cannot provide advice on this number.

Our drop in sessions in our Elgin Office (at 6 Moss Street) run mornings only on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm.  On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays we are open from 9:30am to 3:30pm.  Please note drop in session are offered on a first come basis and waits for advisers can be lengthy.

Please be aware that an advice session can be lengthy so please ensure that you leave sufficient time (at least an hour) for our advisers to provide advice.

We do not have any further local or public holidays planned until our Christmas/New Year closure.  Dates for this will be published later in the year.

If you are seeking assistance to start a new Universal Credit claim please contact the Help to Claim service on 0800 023 2581 or via webchat.  This service is currently telephone and webchat only and cannot be provided in our office.
