We are continuing to offer face to face sessions during weekday mornings.  These sessions will run on a drop-in basis from 9:30am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday.  These will be allocated on a first come basis and adviser availability is limited.

Limited face to face sessions may be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.  These sessions are dependant on volunteer availability and availability cannot be guaranteed at current.

We have reinstated our Tuesday evening session from 5pm to 7pm.  This runs on a drop-in basis, again adviser availability is limited so attending early is recommended.


Our advice line (01343 550088) will also be open during morning sessions when volunteer capacity allows.

  • you require assistance to complete a disability benefit form or appeal.
  • you have received paperwork relating to eviction.
